Technical requirements for main equipment materials and structures of all steel test benches

(1) Cabinet material

The use of all-steel cabinets, except for special instructions, steel cabinet processing materials are high-quality galvanized steel sheets in accordance with ASTM A1008 requirements or domestic corresponding standards. The basic thickness of the cabinet steel should reach ≥1.2mm, the thickness after spraying is ≥1.3mm, and the cabinet is all-steel floor-standing structure, which can be used alone or in combination. The cabinet body has a general depth of 530mm (±5%) and a height of 830mm (±5%). The back of the cabinet should have an easy-to-remove back panel that can be easily removed with a simple tool to repair the piping system. Base cabinet hardware and accessories: hinges and nails (except for special instructions) 304 stainless steel plate with thickness of 2.0mm and above is used to form five-section hinge; nails are made of 304# stainless steel; guide rail: imported HAFELE guide rail Handle: 316# stainless steel U-shaped handle; door slit: except for special instructions, using polyvinyl chloride or other better corrosion resistant materials; door buckle group: nylon, PVC, etc. or 304# stainless steel Telescopic roller stop button group; laminate support buckle: 304# stainless steel plate with thickness of 1.2mm and above.

(2) Countertop materials

It adopts 13mm Dutch imported TRESPA laboratory platen, the edge is thickened to 26mm and is treated with circular arc. The upper edge of the outer surface of the table is rounded by circular arc R angle, and the ditch is processed under the countertop. The water retaining strip is made of the same material as the table top, with a height of 100mm (±1%), and the outer upper edge is rounded with a circular arc angle.

(3) Cabinet structure

The cabinets are all-steel floor-standing structures that can be used individually or in combination. The depth of the cabinet is 530mm (±5%) and the height is 850mm (±5%); the height of the instrument cabinet is 750mm (±5%). The back panel should have an easy-to-remove back panel that can be easily removed with a simple tool to access the piping system.
