Lab operation notes

The opening and closing of the test cabinet door and drawer should be light and light, avoiding strong collision and shaking;

The laboratory cabinet should store ordinary laboratory consumables and equipment. If there are acid, alkali reagents and volatile solvents, they should be stored in a special safe storage cabinet.

Soluble detergents are not available in the laboratory cabinet. All benzene solvents and resin solvents are not suitable as panel cleaners.

Before using the electrical equipment, confirm whether the voltage of the used electrical equipment matches the voltage of the power terminal;

For the use of the socket, the two plugs cannot swing the plug left and right, and should be flattened from the slope of the belt. Otherwise, violent insertion is easy to damage;

Regardless of the electrical equipment, when the power plug is not needed, please turn off the power switch first, then pull the plug to avoid sparks. The number of times is too high, and the arc contact is exposed at the contact point of the socket;

When the experimenter leaves the lab, cut off all power switches;

If the power line is faulty, it should be inspected and repaired by a professional electrician.

The terminal faucet valve should be lightly opened and lightly closed, and the excessive force can not be screwed;

The sink can only hold 90% of the water;

After the experiment is completed, the water on the surface of the test bench should be wiped off, and all the accumulated water in the water tank is discharged;

When the experimenter leaves the laboratory, all water switches should be turned off.

Laboratory test bench maintenance

If the utensil is broken, it should be taken by hand. Do not use a rag to wipe the test, otherwise it will cause scratches on the table.

Although the ventilated countertop can withstand high temperatures, it is not recommended to be in direct contact with open flames and high temperatures for a long time.

Although the ventilated countertop has good corrosion resistance to various chemicals, it may have some effects when it is exposed to immersion for a long time. Therefore, it is recommended that if chemicals are dropped on the countertop, they should be removed as soon as possible.
