After the biosafety laboratory is completed, it should first be tested by a testing agency authorized by the state. This is an important link. The content of the test should include the strictness of the laboratory, the negative pressure value between the rooms, the air flow direction, the leak detection of the high-efficiency filter, the cleanliness level, and the automatic control system.
Other notes:
It is strictly forbidden to build a biosafety laboratory into a positive pressure laboratory. Fire dampers shall be installed in accordance with regulations. Purification workbenches shall not be used in place of biological safety cabinets. Exhaust air from safety cabinets shall not be used to replace room exhaust air. The working principle and purpose of ordinary purification workbenches and biological safety cabinets are completely different. It is impossible to protect the human body from microbial infection, which is very dangerous.
